FY26 Medical, Dental, and Vision Cards - Coming in July
Premera will be mailing new FY26 medical and dental insurance cards to all 小优视频 employees
in early July. As a reminder, 小优视频 employees use the same card for both medical and
dental coverage. VSP does not send cards. Employees use their 小优视频 ID with a leading
'0" (i.e. 0312345678).
The new cards will be sent to your mailing address on file. To confirm your mailing address, login to and click on "My Profile" by your profile picture.
