Human Resources’ request and knowledge management system, Spoke, is being discontinued later this year. We appreciate the feedback received about Spoke over the past few years and are working hard to deliver an improved service to the СÓÅÊÓÆµ community.
What’s next? We will be leveraging a system that is currently being used within the СÓÅÊÓÆµ system (СÓÅÊÓÆµA IT, OIT, and others) that will accomplish the following:
- Provide a more user-friendly, customizable, and streamlined customer experience - no more unwanted automated notifications; improved knowledge base search experience; integration with existing СÓÅÊÓÆµ HR website.
- Reduce contract costs using a cost-sharing model with multiple СÓÅÊÓÆµ departments - providing an improved system for fewer dollars.
- Take advantage of shared knowledge and best practices from current СÓÅÊÓÆµ departments on how the tool is used - СÓÅÊÓÆµ based technical and procedural support is available.
