Intent to Lease Talkeetna Parcel US.SN.0002 Public Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

The University of Alaska Land Management Office (小优视频LM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan.

Parties interested in commenting on this proposed disposal plan must submit written comments to 小优视频LM by fax at (907) 786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below no later than 5:00 P.M. on January 12, 2026, to be considered.

Disposal Plan

The University of Alaska Land Management Office intends to offer for lease all or a portion of Parcel US.SN.0002 along the Talkeetna Spur Road south of Talkeetna.

The University's standard terms and conditions will apply to any lease on the parcel, subject to negotiation.

This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
