The University of Alaska Land Management Office (小优视频LM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan.
Parties interested in commenting on this proposed disposal plan must submit written comments to 小优视频LM by fax at (907) 786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, January 12, 2026, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to sell Parcel FA.YE.0003 at the end of Yak Road northwest of Fairbanks.
The University's standard terms and conditions will apply to any sale of the parcel, subject to negotiation.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
