The University of Alaska grants eligible veterans, their spouses and children in-state tuition at any of the 小优视频 system鈥檚 16 campuses.

The policy aligns with the post-911 GI Bill, which offers eligible veterans generous benefits based on the highest in-state tuition rates in all states, a housing stipend and textbook allowance.

小优视频 has offered the in-state tuition benefits to active military personnel for several years - eligible veterans are now able to benefit as well.

The 小优视频 Board of Regents approved granting veterans residency for tuition purposes in June 2009.
